ordered a polandball plush and it arrived a month early and with great quality! 10/10 would order again!

Makeship is Awesome

Makeship is for sure one of the best companies I've met ever. When I msot needed help, their team was there ready to help me. Also, their products have a top quality wich differences them from the other companies.

Limited Edition Specialty

Ok so, Makeship is fueled by fans to create plushies, pretty simple. As other people have pointed out, these campaigns are like Kickstarters. They have a limited time and if they don't hit their goal, you end up getting refunded. Sometimes I wish the campaigns were a tad longer, but three weeks is enough sometimes.
The mail and delivery service is either a hit or miss depending on where you live for how long it'd take to arrive, which is like with most items aside from the more helpful tracking numbers you are usually familiar with.
I've ordered quite a number of Makeship plushies from campaigns I adore and support. I've had no issues in receiving them, or dealing with support in the way others have. However, I do suggest patience in the mailing services as Aftership may take a long while to update. I waited for my GITD Goblin plush for a month, and Globbo still came.
As for the quality, I always love seeing products being cared for so much that there aren't design flaws in a plush that sells a thousand or so. The bags seem a little big per the plush ratio, but hey. A reusable, clean bag to put other things in.
Over-all, if you want Limited Edition Fluffiness and want to support your Favorite Content Creators, definitely a Plush is a grand idea.

Ordered a PawPaw plush from the NADDPOD…

Ordered a PawPaw plush from the NADDPOD campaign.
It arrived earlier than expected and it's amazing!! I love it, thank you Makeship :D

Looked a buying a plush a while back

Looked a buying a plush a while back, by the time I was ready to buy it was sold out. No biggie, that’s the nature of the service.
My issue is I’m now getting emails to join their twitch channel because I’m a “dedicated member of the community”
Dude, no I’m not. Don’t collect data then spam people. It’s not a good look.

Makeship fails to deliver

So back in August 2020 I ordered a Carbot Zergling Plush for a friend of mine that is a huge fan of Starcraft. It was supposed to arrive in December, and their service told me that it arrived at my country in December but mail can be extremely slow in my country so I kept waiting.
Today on February 2021 I contacted Makeship to see if they could help me track the package, and they told me that the plush WAS NEVER SENT due to Covid restrictions and gave me a refund.
Why didn’t they say this when I made my order? Or if the restrictions were applied later, why didn’t they tell me this when the order was supposedly sent? Why couldn’t they offer to store the plush until restrictions were lifted like other services did?
Of course now my friend is extremely disappointed because he was very excited about the plush, even more considering that Makeship plushs are limited, and now the Zergling plush costs like 150 USD on Ebay.
Makeship seems to sell nice plushies, but don’t be expecting to receive anything if you buy from them.

Lovely customer service!

I ordered two plushies from them. They got sent separately a few days apart.
Only one of them arrived, but the other had gotten lost with my local courier.
My local courier wasn’t of much help when I messaged them, so I emailed Makeship instead.
Makeship asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to try sending the second item again. I wanted to try my luck and had them send the item one more time. I’m glad I did.
I just got it today! While it was a long wait, I blame my local courier entirely for the mishap, and I’m so happy about Makeship’s great customer service.
Now I’ve got both my plushies, and they’re both amazing quality.

I've waited 3 months for my order and…

I've waited 3 months for my order and still haven't received anything... I can't be the only one.
Seems like a complete joke!!!
